Crain’s Chicago Business: 2018 Chicago’s Notable LGBTQ Executives

Sep 4, 2018

Trisha Pray

Executive vice president, network sales and client development, Univision Network

Five years ago, Univision, a Spanish-language media company, launched an initiative to create affinity groups including the Women’s Leadership Council and the LGBTQ Orgullo group. Trisha Pray, among other top-level executives, was at the forefront of this effort. She was one of the founding members of the WLC and is an active member and adviser for the Orgullo group. Pray has spent 29 years at Univision and oversees all advertising sales and marketing for the network.

How she gives back: Pray has served on the Chicago committee of the Human Rights Campaign for seven years and was on its national board of governors from 1998 to 2002. She is a second-term board member of Talentnomics, a nonprofit working to expand the pool of female leaders worldwide.
