UniMás Delivers Year-Over-Year Primetime Audience Growth For Fourth Consecutive Week Among Adults 18-49

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of July 29, 2019 to August 4, 2019

  • UniMás delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+23% to 426,000) and Adults 18-49 (+11% to 195,000), marking the fourth and seventh consecutive week of audience growth with Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers 2+, respectively.
  • For the entire week, UniMás delivered week-over-week audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 426,000), Adults 18-49 (+12% to 195,000) and Adults 18-34 (+17% to 76,000).
  • UniMás’ “Inseparables, Amor Al Límite” averaged its highest-rated weekly performance since its premiere with double-digit week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+14% to 357,000), Adults 18-49 (+19% to 206,000) and Adults 18-34 (+13% to 96,000).
  • UniMás’ epic series, “Jesus” delivered audience gains among Adults 18-49 (+2% to 215,000) and Adults 18-34 (+5% to 63,000) versus the prior week.
  • UniMás’ weeknight 10 p.m. news program, “Noticiero Univision Edición Nocturna” increased its audience week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+2% to 302,000), Adults 18-49 (+9% to 117,000) and Adults 18-34 (+50% to 39,000).
  • UniMás’ weeknight 10:30 p.m. comedy block (“Vecinos,” “Nosotros Los Guapos” and “40 y 20”) delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+8% to 181,000) and Adults 18-34 (+33% to 28,000) than the previous week.
  • On Sunday night, UniMás out-delivered The CW for the entire night with double-digit audience advantages among Total Viewers 2+ (+12% adv.; 499,000 vs. 445,000), Adults 18-49 (+75% adv.; 234,000 vs. 134,000) and Adults 18-34 (+67% adv.; 92,000 vs. 55,000) with a line-up that included “Cine De Las Estrellas: Death Race” and “Cine De Las Estrellas: Wild Card,” marking the tenth consecutive Sunday that it has outperformed The CW.
  • On Wednesday night, UniMás’ airing of “Major League Soccer 2019 MLS All-Stars vs Atlético de Madrid” delivered double-to-triple digit audience growth to the network’s 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. time period versus the previous week among Total Viewers 2+ (+27% to 624,000), Adults 18-49 (+65% to 361,000) and Adults 18-34 (+125% to 155,000). MLS All-Stars vs Atlético de Madrid out-delivered The CW’s series finale of “Jane The Virgin” on this night by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+13% adv.).
  • Friday night’s airing of “Cineplex: The Time Machine” increased UniMás’ 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. time period week-to-week among Adults 18-49 (+11% to 131,000) and Adults 18-34 (+9% to 63,000).
  • Driven by Saturday night’s movie line-up including, “Cineplex: Mission: Impossible, Ghost Protocol” and “Cineplex: Aeon Flux,” UniMás increased its Saturday 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. time period week-to-week by double-digit margins among Adults 18-34 (+13% to 52,000).
  • UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+80% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+150% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+117% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
