“Aquí y Ahora,” anchored by María Elena Salinas and Teresa Rodríguez, took home the Emmy for Outstanding Newscast or News Magazine in Spanish. “La Amazonía: Un Paraíso a La Venta,” co-produced by Univision Digital, was awarded as Outstanding Feature Story in Spanish. “Aquí y Ahora’s” coverage of the notorious Mexican drug lord, Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán – “La Recaptura de El Chapo” – took home the Emmy for Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in Spanish.
