Vincent Sadusky is Chief Executive Officer of Univision Communications Inc., the leading Hispanic media company in the United States. Mission-driven and committed to informing, entertaining and empowering Hispanic America, Univision’s media portfolio includes two top-rated broadcast television networks, 11 cable networks, 65 owned-and-operated local TV stations, 58 owned-and-operated radio stations and a robust digital footprint that includes the leading Spanish-language website, Hispanic influencer network and a social reach of over 300 million.
Since joining Univision in June 2018, Sadusky has refocused the Company on its core Hispanic media business and has made strategic content investments to expand Univision’s leadership position. The company has launched new local morning newscasts across the country, unveiled a slate of market-specific local news apps and doubled down on content diversification, opening its doors to content creators globally. Under Sadusky’s leadership, the Univision Network ended 2018 as the No. 1 Spanish-language network in both primetime and total day for the 26th consecutive year.
Sadusky has deep experience in the media industry and a proven track record as an effective and innovative leader. He served as CEO of LIN Media, where he played a key role in its merger with Media General and ultimately served as CEO of the combined company. Throughout his tenure of more than ten years with LIN Media and Media General, he helped build more comprehensive, integrated and competitive offerings across all markets for the benefit of customers, advertisers and brands. Under Sadusky’s leadership, the company experienced ratings growth, improved television station operations, expanded local news, developed digital infrastructure and grew subscribership. Earlier in his career, Sadusky held several executive positions at Telemundo Communications, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
An active participant in the industry throughout his career, Sadusky currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Paley Center for Media and on the board of directors of International Game Technology. He has previously served as a board member of Hemisphere Media Group, the National Association of Broadcasters and NBC Affiliates. He received a Master of Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, where he was a University Scholar.
