With Only Two Days Left for #PLN30, the List of International Performers Continues to Grow as Laura Pausini, Los Tigres del Norte, Pepe Aguilar, Il Volo, And Víctor Manuelle Confirm Participation
Gala Begins Thursday, February 22 at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT) with the Return of Giselle Blondet, Myrka Dellanos and Top Univision Personalities Hosting a Star-studded Pre-show from the Magenta Carpet
MIAMI, FL – FEBRUARY 20, 2018 — As top artists from around the world are added to the lineup, stage preparations are nearly complete for the 30th edition of the nation’s longest and most renowned Latin music awards program, Univision’s “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina.” The 2018 edition of the annual awards show will focus on celebration rather than competition, and will look back over the past 30 years of Latin music. It all starts with a pre-show live from the carpet at AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami on Thursday, February 22 at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT).
Multilingual Italian pop singer Laura Pausini will showcase her musical talent and a new single, as well as co-host the celebration alongside Univision’s Lili Estefan and Alejandra Espinoza.
More music premieres than ever are set for #PLN30 as Mr. Worldwide and superstar Pitbull returns to the PLN stage, and urban music legend Daddy Yankee will perform for the first time on stage his new hit “Dura.”
Legendary norteño band Los Tigres del Norte and renowned singer Alejandro Fernández confirmed the world premiere of their new collaboration “Sacarte de mi vida.” Popular ranchera singer Pepe Aguilar also joins the celebration with a special performance.
The rich and diverse musical heritage of the Caribbean will be on full display at #PLN30, with merengue legends Johnny Ventura and Milly Quezada, icon Víctor Manuelle and bachata star Leslie Grace.
Many of the latest artists to join have roots in Venezuela, including urban tropical artist Chyno Miranda and the Montaner family: young music star Evaluna Montaner, as well as her brothers, young duo Mau y Ricky, who will join their father, legendary singer Ricardo Montaner, in a very special #PLN30 music performance.
Funk artist Nego do Borel is the second Brazilian to be confirmed for this year’s show. Coming to PLN’s stage from Europe will also be Spanish heartthrob David Bisbal and the three young Italian tenors of Il Volo.
Myrka Dellanos and Giselle Blondet return to Univision to host from the magenta carpet with network personalities Raúl de Molina, Tony Dandrades, Chiquinquirá Delgado, Javier Poza, Borja Voces and Daniela Di Giacomo.
The list of presenters also features legendary stars Ana Brenda Contreras, Angélica María, Angélica Vale, Ivy Queen, Jesus Mendoza, Lele Pons, Lucy Pereda, Luis Coronel, Luis Enrique, Maite Perroni and Mario Domm, Poncho Lizarraga, and Wilfrido Vargas.

MIAMI, FL –20 DE FEBRERO DE 2018– A la vez que se agregan destacados artistas de todo el mundo al programa, se completan los preparativos en el escenario para la 30a edición de “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina” de Univision, el programa de galardones a la música latina más renombrado y de más larga trayectoria. La edición 2018 del espectáculo anual de premiación será una celebración en vez de una competencia y hará una retrospectiva de los últimos 30 años de la música latina. La multilingüe y popular cantante italiana Laura Pausini desplegará su talento musical y presentará un nuevo sencillo, además de desempeñarse como una de las conductoras de la muy esperada celebración junto con Lili Estefan y Alejandra Espinoza de Univision.
Están programados más estrenos musicales que nunca durante #PLN30, ya que la superestrella Pitbull, Mr. Worldwide, regresa al escenario de PLN, y el ídolo de música urbana Daddy Yankee presentará por primera vez en un escenario su nuevo éxito “Dura”.
