UniMás Continues Strong Start to Fall Season, With Double-Digit Audience Growth Year-Over-Year Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Young Adults 18-34

Year-over-year (10/3/16-10/9/16), the network registered double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+48%), Adults 18-49 (+32%) and Adults 18-34 (+43%).

UniMás averaged 659,000 Total Viewers 2+ up (+18% vs prior week), 279,000 Adults 18-49 (+19% vs prior week) and 110,000 Adults 18-34 (+22% vs prior week) for the entire week during prime.

  • UniMás’ Epic Drama, “Tierra Prometida,” airing weekdays at 8pm, grew week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+19% to 901,000), Adults 18-49 (+14% to 315,000) and Adults 18-34 (+8% to 121,000), achieving its highest-rated weekly performance to-date.
  • UniMás’ 9pm Series, “Totalmente Diva” saw week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+6% to 674,000), Adults 18-49 (+7% to 292,000) and Adults 18-34 (+6% to 103,000). It also attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+84%), Adults 18-49 (+91%) and Adults 18-34 (+117%) to the network’s Monday through Friday 9pm hour from the comparable week in 2016.
  • 10pm Series, “Lady, La Vendedora Rosas” on UniMás, delivered week-to-week audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 436,000) and Adults 18-49 (+8% to 183,000). The weekday 10pm hour is up by double-digit margins vs. the same week in the previous year among Total Viewers 2+ (+78%), Adults 18-49 (+57%) and triple-digits among Adults 18-34 (+115%).

On Friday night, UniMás out-delivered CW among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% adv., 700,000 vs. 653,000).

On Sunday night, UniMás’ lineup consisting of back-to-back movies, “Cine de las Estrellas: The Transporter” and “Cine de las Estrellas: Runner Runner,” led to double-digit gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+81%), Adults 18-49 (+74%) and triple-digits among Adults 18-34 (+133%) vs. the prior week.

UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+93% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+96% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+100% adv.).
