Jorge Ramos to Moderate Third Democratic Primary Debate Along with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, David Muir and Linsey Davis
Hosted by Univision News and ABC News, the Debate Will Take Place at Texas Southern University; It Will Be Broadcast LIVE on the Univision and ABC Networks and Livestreamed on all Univision News and ABC Digital Platforms
MIAMI – AUGUST 21, 2019 – Univision News announces that its award-winning anchor, Jorge Ramos, has been selected as one of the moderators for the third Democratic primary debate of the 2020 presidential election cycle. Ramos will join ABC News’ chief anchor George Stephanopoulos, anchor and managing editor of ABC’s “World News Tonight” David Muir, and ABC News correspondent Linsey Davis on stage at the Texas Southern University campus in Houston, Texas on Thursday, Sept. 12 and, if necessary, Friday, Sept. 13, 2019.
Hosted through a partnership between Univision News and ABC News, the two-night DNC-sanctioned debate will be broadcast LIVE in prime time on the Univision Network with simultaneous Spanish translation, and on the ABC Network in English, as well as livestreamed on all Univision News and ABC digital platforms.
