Eric Talbot is Vice President of the Strategy and Insights Group at Univision, the leading media company serving Hispanic America. The Strategy and Insights Group is a dedicated consulting team of veterans from media, marketing and agency backgrounds who help marketers develop and execute their strategies to drive sales with Hispanics. A cornerstone of their approach is helping companies evolve from treating Hispanic as a niche, to deploying a “total market strategy,” where Hispanic is integrated into all phases of the business planning process.

Mr. Talbot’s areas of expertise are in the healthcare and financial services industries.  He came to Univision with a 10-plus year consulting background. He most recently worked as senior director of Strategic Consulting at Advantage Management Solution and director of Marketing Effectiveness at SDI Health (formerly Verispan).

A marketer by training with a strong background in data and analytics, he leverages his diverse international experience having lived and worked in Europe, Asia Pacific, Australasia and North America and has 10+ years of pharmaceutical consulting experience. He is a frequent speaker at major pharmaceutical conferences, including the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association Annual Conference, Pharmaceutical Executive’s 2nd Annual Leadership Summit and the Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Executive Congress. His articles and white papers have appeared in various publications, including DTC Perspectives.

Mr. Talbot’s undergraduate studies are from the College of Saint Rose and California State University, Chico and earned his MBA and Masters of Management, Marketing from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in Sydney, Australia. He is married and father of two.
