Univision Receives a Gabriel Award for their Educational Special Geared Towards Parents of Children with Learning Disabilities

Miami, FL -- WLTV Univision 23, South Florida’s number one Spanish-Language television station, has been awarded a prestigious Gabriel award for their special “Retos y Triunfos en el Aprendizaje” (Challenges and Successes in Learning), a program geared towards the families of Hispanic children with learning disabilities. The Gabriel Award is the highest honor given by Unda-USA, the National Catholic Association for Communicators, whose mission is to unite media professionals in order to communicate gospel values through the electronic media. A highlight of the Unda-USA Assembly will be the 37th Annual Gabriel Awards Banquet and Presentation, which will take place on Saturday, October 19th at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, California.
