Jessica Rodriguez Named Senior Vice President of Univision Cable Networks
Miami, FL — Univision Communications Inc., the leading media company serving Hispanic America, today named Jessica Rodriguez senior vice president of Univision Cable Networks. In this role she will oversee the Companyís expanding cable portfolio, including the #1 Spanish-language cable network, GalavisiÛn, and the TuTv Networks, which include De PelÌcula, De PelÌcula Cl·sico, Telehit, Ritmoson Latino and Bandamax. She will be based in Miami and report to Cesar Conde, president, Univision Networks.

Rodriguez joined Univision in 2001 and most recently served as vice president, special assistant to the president of Univision Networks. In this role she has successfully overseen the implementation of strategic initiatives across the Company. Prior to that role she was vice president and station manager of Univisionís television station in Puerto Rico helping to launch the station and overseeing news, production, programming, partner relationships and day-to-day operations. She helped establish the stationís leadership in ratings and sales during her tenure. Rodriguez began her career as an analyst and then an associate for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. She is a graduate of Fordham University and has an MBA from Stanford University School of Business.
