Rashel Díaz Joins “Telefutura En Vivo y Directo”
Popular TV personality to spearhead entertainment coverage on new primetime program
Miami, FL — The TeleFutura Network announced today that television veteran Rashel Díaz will provide coverage of the entertainment world on its highly anticipated weeknight primetime news and information program “TeleFutura En Vivo y Directo” (TeleFutura Live and Direct) when it makes its nationwide debut on Monday, October 17th at 7pmET/6pmCT.
One of Spanish-language television’s most recognizable personalities, Díaz began her career as a regular for nine years on Univision Television Network’s immensely popular Sábado Gigante variety program. After that, she became the host and producer of the weekly segment titled “Luces, Cámara y Acción” for the Univision affiliate station in Miami, WLTV-Channel 23, covering the world of entertainment and interviewing such international celebrities as Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Shakira, Marc Anthony, and Chayanne, among others. In addition, Díaz is a frequent guest on Univision programs such as Despierta América and El Gordo y La Flaca, and on TeleFutura’s Escándalo TV.

Diaz joins co-anchors Carmen Dominicci and Rolando Nichols when “TeleFutura En Vivo y Directo” (TeleFutura Live and Direct) premieres Monday, October 17th at 7pmET/6pmCT on the TeleFutura Network. “100 Mexicanos Dijeron,” which currently airs at 7pmET, will move to 8pmET/7pmCT.
